Exceptional Circumstances:
In rare and exceptional cases, if there is an issue with the payment process or technical problems that prevent you from accessing your e-book or e-course, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and make every effort to resolve it. If necessary, we may offer a resolution in the form of a store credit or alternative access.
